The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide it.

When you register for an account, we may ask for your contact information, including your name, email address, and telephone number. We send a one-time verification code to your email to confirm your identity and sign you in.

When you use the app to book and manage care, we collect the appointments you book, reschedule, or cancel (including the clinic, department, doctor, date, time, and whether the visit is in person or a teleconsultation), details of any family members you add to manage appointments on their behalf, and your loyalty or membership activity.

If you enable notifications, we collect a push notification token so we can send you booking confirmations and reminders. We also collect basic technical information such as app version, device type, operating system, and your language and region preferences.

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and any attachments you send us, and any other information you choose to provide.

• Send you verification codes, booking confirmations, reminders, and important service updates.
• Manage loyalty benefits and show relevant offers.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide the service: with the clinics and healthcare providers within the Ozone Clinics network to fulfill your appointments, and with service providers who work on our behalf under contract (such as hosting, email delivery for verification codes, and push notification delivery). We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Users have the right to request deletion of their account and personal data. Accounts are created when a user signs up and can be accessed via login. For management and security purposes, Ozone Clinics also provides an admin panel that allows administrators to delete user accounts if necessary. This ensures proper management of the platform and protection of user data. If you wish to request deletion of your account, please contact us through the support channels provided in the app, or email info@ozoneclinic-sa.com.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Sign-in tokens are stored using the secure storage provided by your device, and data in transit is protected using encryption (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active and for as long as it is needed to provide you with our services. After your account is closed, we keep personal information only where necessary to comply with our legal, regulatory, accounting, and medical-record obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When your information is no longer required for these purposes, we delete it or irreversibly anonymize it.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time (see the “Delete account” section above). We will action such requests except where we are required to retain certain information by law.

The app is intended for adults. Where you add a family member (including a minor) to manage their care, you confirm that you are authorized to provide that information. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children for their own accounts.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
